Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Limited Releases & High Demand
Due to limited-run drops and high demand, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Falcon Flight Disc Golf is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@falconflightdg.com with photos of the damage.

Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Falcon Flight Disc Golf only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
